Individual Therapy for Mothers of All Stages-
Expecting, Hopeful, New, Adoptive, and Experienced. Prenatal and Postpartum Depression & Anxiety, Traumatic Birth/PTSD, Grief, Adjustment Difficulties, Perfectionism, Isolation, Identity Exploration

Individual Therapy for Women in Times of Transition-
Transition to the unknown is difficult whether it is Marriage, Divorce, Spiritual Awakening, Retirement, New Relationship Dynamics, Bereavement, or seeking your Calling.

Group Therapy-
The following therapy groups will be started when there are five women interested. Please inquire if you are interested in:
-Pregnancy Supportive Therapy Group
-Postpartum Supportive Therapy Group
-General Women's Group

Education-
Available to speak to professional or community groups about Maternal Mental Health & Screening, Traumatic Birth/PTSD, Working with Trauma Survivors, and Self-Compassion for the Mother.
Education for couples on the emotional & spiritual side of pregnancy and parenthood coming soon.

A little about my approach to working with you
I consider myself to be both "eclectic" and "holistic" in my approach, meaning that I use methods from different types of proven psychotherapies (like CBT, ACT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy) to help with the health and wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. Together this means I know that a single method does not work for everyone and that I find it important to look at the whole you. You will be getting a customized healing journey that you help create because I trust that you are the best expert and authority on your life.
Many people describe me as comforting, non-judgmental, intuitive, easy to talk to, and supportive, but I believe you should make up your own mind and schedule a free consultation to see if we are a good therapist-client match.
